Momentum Consulting (QLD) Pty Ltd – ACN 140 390 852 – was formed to meet an identified gap in the training market – the need for training, delivery, and assessment linked to current actual business and project experience.
The principal consultants of the organisation are experienced project, program and business managers. Tired of encountering superficial assessment practices they formed a Registered Training Organisation (Registration # 32153) in 2009. This move provided them with quality control and a greater capacity to deliver relevant training in a rapidly changing market.
The organisation has a rigorous policy that ensures all trainers and assessors are actual business owners, involved daily in the management of projects and the juggling of government and financial requirements. Their contractors and suppliers must undergo approved professional development annually.
All qualifications offered by Momentum Consulting meet the requirements of a traineeship and are offered through Workshops, individual face to face coaching sessions and online.
Where possible, Momentum Consulting use their own training materials, contextualised to your organisation’s specific requirements.
Momentum Consulting specialises in supportive guidance and portfolio development for assessment through a Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) process. Many managers, especially frontline and project managers, attain promotion whilst doing the job. They have little opportunity to attend training workshops, instead they learn though experience and mentor support. Our sensitive and respectful process assists them to gain both confidence and recognised qualifications.
